SB Labs Log -- Prep for Classic Physique Show

Looks like you need more twist in the waist.

I'm curious how these would look with your toes pointing more away from the front.

Usually when this gets tweaked, it makes you have to twist at the waist more and in turn, makes the waist smaller.

Regardless of your feet, being more twisted at the waist will make you broader across the shoulders.

Very good already though.
Actually I just fucked around with it right now. Shows more glute and more lines in my legs, plus makes me waist smaller — especially when I crunch down my obliques. Great tip man. What angle would you say is reasonable to point away?

Tren has kicked in for sure now. Sleep is impacted. Sweating like a pig. Going to have to start washing my sheets every day lol. Can’t wait to up the dose.

@SB Labs i don’t know how you make your tren ace and all of your prop oils so smooth, but I can put ccs in my arms and have such minimal to no pip whatsoever.

Gyno is more noticeable now. I had a tiny bit of clear fluid come out of one of my nips, so I’m going to talk to Stu about starting caber today.

Oh I also forgot to mention, yesterday Stu had me add 120g of rice to meals 2-6 on my normal high day diet (leg day). So that makes a total of roughly 910g carbs yesterday. Hard as fuck to put down that much rice, but the pump in the gym was absurd.

Thank you brotha. I’m good thanks. Working with Stu and another local guy on posing.

I love working with him man. He is very, very blunt and no bullshit. We align on approach, and his communication has been great. Best coach I’ve worked with so far.
 
We are now doing 5 rounds of posing post fasted cardio in the am and 5 rounds post workout every day. Posing is looking a lot better. I want it to be muscle memory, so it flows by the time I get on stage.

Diet changed. Carbs dropped substantially again. Will post updated macros for low and medium days in a bit. High days stayed the same.

We’re doing great. Everything is great. I’m flat, tired, grumpy, hungry…loving life! Been doing a ton of posing lately, and I’m very happy with where it’s at now.

Thank you brother. We are continuing to pull food down, and drugs are increasing. We added just Anadrol preworkout. Winstrol, proviron, and more tren will probably be added in the next week or so.
 
Changes after the last check ins:

Anadrol 25mgs preworkout added
Cardio increased 5mins (25 mins training days, 30mins rest days)
Food pulled down drastically (will post new macros in a bit)

I hear it! You're looking pretty shredded brother! I'm good man.. running into some mental issues but I'm workin it out. Food being low was probably nice for a couple days especially after eating all that goddamn food everyday for months. Keep up the hardwork my man🔥🔥
 
Its always why I put Drol in the day of comp...lol... The backstage pump is nuts.
 
This was only 25mgs of drol too. Shit, I’ve run up to 150mgs a day before. Crazy I am able to get away with 25mgs for the effects I need — pump, fullness, and strength.
When your depleted, dry and lean.....Abombs man.... Every Comp I did I used em ... a well known trainer told me this and it is crazy... wash it down with some Vodka 1/2 hr before you pump up... Swole, and vascular AF!

Honestly, everything is just getting easier now. Yes, I’m hungry. Yes, I’m tired. But the days are flying by, and I’m just focused. The SB Anadrol is really allowing me to continue to get good workouts while remaining flat the rest of the day.

Food was dropped substantially Friday.
