I'd rather coach someone I have to dial back on training than someone who I need to force to train.

I’m feeling good on my high days (back and leg days). On my low days, I don’t have very much energy and am flat. Clen has me feeling like I’m on crack lol.

I feel flat as fuck. These pictures are a bit skewed too, as I ate my last meal in the middle of the night, so I’m not as fasted as usual

You'll definitely be flat as fuck in a couple weeks.

Training when you're absolutely completely flattened out sucks, too. At that point I look forward to a refeed or high day more for the gym performance and pump than anything.

I’m there lol. Makes me not even want to train. I posed with an Olympian yesterday. Told me to tell Stu he said I was “fucking lean” lol.
 
Stu gave me extra carbs for my high day today. Meals 2-6, we are adding 120g rice to each meal. Going to be a nasty leg day today.

Pics above were post training yesterday. Face has sucked in. I’m flat. I’m tired. I’m loving life. We’re having fun.

Looks like you need more twist in the waist.

I'm curious how these would look with your toes pointing more away from the front.

Usually when this gets tweaked, it makes you have to twist at the waist more and in turn, makes the waist smaller.

Regardless of your feet, being more twisted at the waist will make you broader across the shoulders.

Very good already though.
