SS-31

SB Labs
I'm running 6mgs ed/42mgs a week right now and I have to admit it's helping with the insulin sensitivity, very good energy especially first thing in the morning. Also on the GH and I feel they compliment one another pretty good when energy is concerned.
Another E/D protocol..
Nvr seen it till now..
Ran it 5mg m/w/f for 4 weeks loading phase..
Then 5mgs per week for another 4 weeks

Rinse and repeat .
May try ed??
Just dont know how long?
Or if theres any advantage ed inj???
Hhmmmmm

I've done it just as you described and ed injections is where it's at. I run it for 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off.

Reason?
Differances??
It keeps the blood levels more stable just like any anaboilc that we run and I can tell a major difference in injecting ed versus eod with Mots-C especially with energy, it's way more pronounced.I'm a firm believer in keeping the blood levels as stable as you can with just about anything except for the GLPs. And from my experiences with low doses to the dosage I'm running now, anything under 14mgs a week is just going to give you partial benefits of energy and focus. It's good for the first 2 weeks but kinda falls off after that for me. I really think you need to increase your injection frequency and doses and you will get way more out of it.

One other thing I forgot to mention, it has helped with my insulin sensitivity really good. With the Metformin XR and Lantus I've been sitting between 84-88 with my fasted BG. Now with the Mots-C at a higher dosage it's been consistently hanging at 77-79. Major benefit for those of us who run GH year round.

Gonna do 5mgs ed..
35mgs per week..
40 mg vials just works out nice..
4 vials 32 says.
Rinse repeat.

5 mg is where I settled. Anymore and I just got headaches and the appetite was unbearable.

after the first two weeks the energy boost dropped?
you keep using it for the insulin sensitivity?
ill be trying it in like 3 weeks so would like to know what to expect

Hard to say what you’re going to feel or how well it will work for your insulin sensitivity/fasted glucose. I’ve seen protocols all over the place.

I’m running it at 10mg twice a week for the 8 weeks and have been running about 2 weeks now and can’t really say I “feel” too much yet.

Will run the SS-31 after I finish this MOT/GHK cycle.

With the lower dosage the energy does drop and the insulin sensitivity drops a bit as well. That's why I made the decision to experiment and go with a higher dose. With the higher dose, everything has remained the same now through 3 weeks. I have this week left and then I'm off for 4 weeks.

Once I finish my run with Mots-C this week I'm going straight into a Nad+ run with 100mgs ed just to see if it does anything for me. It looks good on paper so I just need to see for myself and if and how I respond to it. I have 7000mgs in the fridge so we'll see.

I see and how are you feeling with high dose? it's like energy drink or preworkout energy levels?

It's like the natural energy we had when we were 15-16yrs old. Natural energy, clear thinking and zero brain fog. Ready to go every morning. I'll never run Mots-C at a low dose ever again, I'll remain with the higher dosage from here on out. It's what works for me. You might get away with the low dose cuz we all respond differently but I really think 5mgs ed and up is where the sweet spot is for most.

thanks that's really helpfull

How is the NAD+ treating you so far? Any benefits yet?

I don't like it, it has me feeling lethargic and foggy the first 3 days and it's common for that to happen to some of us, it's not for me.
I also felt that when I ran a cycle of it last year. And I felt like every time I did the injection I had to sit down for 10 minutes or I was going to pass out.

I’ve heard that if you go to one of those IV MedSpa places that the IV NAD+ has more benefit and injections are second to that.

I'm hearing the IV is the way to go but if I'm going to mainline it's going to be GH. Nad just isn't for me and I'm fine with that at the end of the day. Just part of the game.

You must take methyl donors a hour before otherwise it will drain you. nad+ drains methylation, so its needed as a cofactor
You are exactly right and it's mainly B12 and after what you just stated it makes complete sense now cuz I've been like WTF is with this shit. You are absolutely right brother and I appreciate you responding with knowledge because it just opened up a door for me. Thank you.

Vigorous Steve recommends using ss31 during a blast to help protect the mitochondria and running motsC after to repair it. I have run both SS and MOTS and didn’t “feel” anything from either of them. It doesn’t mean they didn’t do anything tho. I also think my mitochondria are already pretty efficient bc i spend a lot of time doing zone 2 training. Maybe the folks who notice a big difference with these peps are people who have some mitochondrial disfunction going on?

That dude is not a good source and a lot of what he says is outlandish for views fyi. Josh Holyfield is pretty good for a second view
I agree on Holyfield. I've listened to numerous vids he has and he's a wealth of knowledge. He's able to explain how the mechanics of peptides are utilized and functionality in the body that is easy to understand.

No problem!

I use TMG and MSM as methyl donors, would rather use that then methylated b12 or methylfolate, as its dosed much higher. but i use all 4 but wouldent count on the b12 n folate at 1mg each to be enough for the methylation drainage of nad. you will notice when methlylation is covered

I get a little fatigue for the initial 30-60 min post subq while the "flush" comes post injection and then energy. but if i dont take any methyl donors i litteraly feel the flu n whole body nerve pain. dont remember if you did injections or oral but its a must in both

ps, methlations support is needed with ss31 and mots c as well. its the reason so many get fatigue from them, when you are suppose to get energy

Good stuff. Curious how much you take of TMG and MSM? I'm at 3g and 2g. I also take a methlated B complex. I'm currently running SS31 and MotC. Started with SS31 for the first 6 weeks or so and then added MotC.
