White is also a good option to keep energy up. White/red or white/yellow go together well.Reds are the mildest strains so almost completely functional however some are a bit sedating. I usually mix Red and Yellow 50/50 and I would say its the perfect functional mix I have used to date. You don't feel "high" unless you really crank the dose.
2-3 grams Red mixed with 2-3 grams Yellow. Zero high, just pain relief with a mood boost. If you need more energy just drink some coffee a few minutes after taking the Kratom. No need to add more Kratom for your goal.
Dude 2g makes me puke lol. Any dose makes me nauseous. It's crazyWhites in the mornings for energy and to wake up. reds after workout. Greens whenever i need a mood boost. There are too many strains of each color to pinpoint them down whats best for you and they seem to work better for some rather than others. I prefer a white borneo in the morning whereas my coworkers prefer a maeng da or bali in the morning. It will take a few times to figure out what works for you.
I concur with garlic though, too much red and i will get nauseous as well. Red thai from milehigh had the room spinning for me at 4g.
before i did alot of opiates years ago Kratom did the same to me. Was not a good feeling.Dude 2g makes me puke lol. Any dose makes me nauseous. It's crazy
30g holy shit!Ive been using the same vendor for about 3 years... by far my favorite general purpose strains are Rec Hulu Kuapas and Red Ketapang. It takes some trial and error to find your sweet spot. I typically use 12-15g in the morning and it changes the direction of the in a positive way. On the weekends i will dabble with upwards of 20-30g if i wanna get loose.
30g holy shit!

MILE HIGH KRA KRA...With so many different strains out there I'm confused. Can't seem to find one with a good balance of pain/stress relief. Not looking to get high or sit locked in my couch. Want to be able to function. Can anyone reccomend a good strain? Thanks!
Kratom is typically very pain killing, energizing and mood boosting no matter the strain however some strains are less energizing like Red'sSo from whatvit sounds like it's all about the color and not really the actual type?
