Just a question for my own knowledge @Bolan , why not keep the insulin going for the carb meals? Even during a cut?
Because I dropped my HGH dosages for the fat burning effects and recovery by a 3rd and am not in a growth phase so I dont need 12ius of Saizen...lol
Im not trying to gain more muscle. Christ sakes I cant even get below 295 right now... Im busting out cardio, diet is on par with my needs. Monday I pinched @11.2# Bf... All im trying to do is get to 10% BF ..... but need to downsize a bit to try n stay healthy in my old age.
But im gonna grind till the day I die man. ;)

Arms are full as hell still and I did this W/O in the AM after a couple meals.
I rarely change up my training ....I found what works for me decades ago ( AND several coaches helping through the years)
Diet and nothing has really changed since last summers cut. I have it all written down in notebooks :) Diet Training ETC... but got down to 10%BF and was in the 280's last summer.

Notebooks.. better IMO> you can write down everything instead of typing for 20 min.
I do have all my clients on a spreadsheet though, but if they are prepping... everything gets written down in a notebook.
Feeling good, strength is coming back... Diet is on track.

I've been using 4ius of the 99.3% Pharma Blue tops a half hour before bed and
I sleep like a rock.... Im usually up 2x3's a night rockin a piss but I sleep right through the urge now.. Maybe get up once. But once im up in the morning.. I felt like I have slept 2 days.
Finally starting to have lucid dreams again.... a good sign of REM sleep. Some of the best "generics" I have used.
Very proud to be a Sunrise Pharma athlete!!!

Yeeeeeah, I do a decent tempo with full range for the first 2plates and a quarter. Then once I get to three plates n up I just pump em out, full range tho, maybe last rep or two I’ll pause n stretch at bottom. At four plates n a quarter I’ll still do full range but no pauses.

My cns is gettting toasted tho so Johnny might start doing more TUT and high reps soon. (@Meetketchup)

But I’m also a gay asshole so I’ll probably just keep killing myself and chasing my tail 😂

Your pumps must be crazy with these reps! You do that many in the offseason as well? Started cutting down and thinking of trying this out just not sure I’ll have enough time

I wouldn't recommend it... BUT It works for me. I recover fine and the pump sets are just to drive nutrients by bringing the "Pump" I had an old coach have me try the high volume W/O's and then eventually I thought of doing a AM PM W/O and it worked. Off season... I do the same thing... lol. I add in different movements and do more intensifiers. all depends on how I feel.
I also believe in progressive overload. So I try to add weight each week... getting harder as I age but WTF. :)

Also, seeing these workouts, yeah, Bolan gets more done in 1 workout than the DYEL gets accomplished in one year of 'workouts.'

That’s why it’s a great sport! Find what works for you doesn’t work for everyone, Trial and error!. Honestly think I’m to active for that much volume u less I at 8-9k calories

Its unneeded at this point.... Only 4ius of GH and my fasted BG is in the 80's now.
You have to come off slin at some point..... give yourself a break... Ive been pounding Log, for the past YEAR.
Trying to downsize but it isnt happening even dropping the Slin, More cardio and dropped the cals a little bit more.
Im not depleted... skin tearing pumps and dont look " stringy" AND getting stronger by the day. (y)
