Appreciate the info, and suggestion. Any idea of a source? I know nothing about Cardarine.Tren does that. Kills cardio and endurance. I read a log from Wiseguy on the forum who said he ran gw cardarine with his tren cycle and it greatly helped his cardio and kept lipids good. Just a thought.
You went from 252-265 how fast case when you pack on muscle in a shot period of time your cardiovascular system has to catch up.
Because your larger and if in short period of time that happens.
Don’t listen to my advice. Find a smart member cause I’m viewing it from when I was growing to fast and had trouble running of a bunch of steps at work and I was hunched over.
But I don’t like given subjective advice. I feel better when I objectively know it as a fact and don’t want to be wrong in giving bad advice.

Summary: Strange week. Strength is off the chart. It takes me 2-3 sets just to figure out what is heavy now, and I'm moving weight I haven't moved in 20 years. An example, I'm stacking the wide-grip pull down machine, and then stacking 80lbs of dumbbells on the stack for a total of 340lbs, and still getting a strict 10-12 reps for 6 sets, and then doing wide-grip pull-ups for 8-10 reps for 6 sets - easy. What is odd is that muscle measurements have barely moved from last week, just a little increase in chest, and a little increase in thighs, but fat levels have noticeably come down. I lost a solid inch on my waist (where I carry most fat), while having a net increase of 1.5 pounds from the previous week. So, I have to believe the reason most muscle measurements have held steady is I traded fat (or water) for muscle. There is no other explanation given a 1.5" increase in weight, with an accompanying decrease in waist measurements. Another good sign, I don't fit into any of my t-shirts now. They look ridiculous across the chest and arms, and yesterday I split both arm seams on a t-shirt I was wearing That's odd considering the arm measurements aren't really moving, but they look a lot fuller and thicker overall
Side effects: Blood pressure is up again and too high. Sleep is a complete disaster, so I've resorted to Ambian, which solves the problem, but it's another harsh drug in my system which I'd prefer not to take. Xanax is no longer strong enough, so I'll be using Ambian for the rest of the cycle (as needed). I've been getting pressure headaches, which I ascribe to high blood pressure, but I don't know what I can do about either problem except ride it out. I'm having even more anxiety and a general feeling of constant frustration, and I snap very easily. I can only describe it as a feeling of needing "something" very badly, but don't know what it is, and I'm really pissed off I can't get it. Then, when the slightest irritation comes along, something I normally wouldn't notice, I lose my shit and take it out on that person and/or thing. I'm still handling it (barely) by cutting myself off quickly and walking away, but it's definitely a mental strain and taking a lot of discipline.
Definitely not the break-out week I was hoping for, but if slow-and-steady wins the race, I guess I'm doing okay.

Don't just "ride it out" lower your doses... Or completely remove that tren... At 55 and that bp, you not even halfway through that cycle... It's going to get worse.

keep us updatedStarting Test/Tren Cycle: This is my second cycle after Test/Deca six months ago (Aug 26, 2023 through Nov 11, 2023). Posting progress here both for a weekly record, and keeping track publicly helps keep me accountable and my head in the game. Any helpful advice/commentary appreciated. Will post before/after pics at the end.
Personal Background: Always athletic, lifting and training martial arts since 14-years-old (55 now), always in great shape until late 40s. Did gear in my 20s, but haven't touched it in almost 30 years. Around 48, started slowing down. By 52, 50lbs overweight, 29% bf. Decided that was enough of that nonsense, so I spent two years losing weight, getting back in top shape, and back into martial arts full-time. Went from a high of 279lbs (29% bf) to 232lbs (18% bf). At 54 did my first cycle in almost 30 years (Test/Deca). Added 12 pounds of lean mass in 11 weeks, and lost another 1.5% bf (post cycle detailed here, including before and after pics). Took 14 weeks off (cruised with test/deca 200mg/60mg). Blood work done 2 weeks ago, all good, and ready for round two.
Cycle: Test-Cyp 600mg and Tren-Eth 150mg per week, planned for 12 weeks. Also low-dose Deca 75mg/week, Cialis 5mg/day, Arimidex .5mg/week.

I'm an older guy, older than you even and I am telling you stay the fuck away from TREN.Never did it before. I did not know about ace versus enan when I bought it so it is what it is now. I eased into it last week, with very low test doses, seems okay. I will say that this week, on full dose, I seem to be a little more aggressive than usual, but given my personality it's difficult to tell.
