Where to start??
Well I've been convinced by some of the younger competitors around me to return to the stage and compete alongside them. They are late 20s and early 30s, I'm the ancient 40+ year old.
After a decent, injury free and fairly pain free offseason, I agreed. But it will be a year long process. We are eyeing some shows in late Spring or early summer 2025 depending on how "we", mainly me , come along. Hopefully whatever show we chose will have a solid Masters field to compete against.
I'll be looking at either classic or bodybuilding.
I've broken it down into a year long process.
Step 1: is this 12-14 week cutting phase. I need to lean up to see what we're working with and to be able to run a proper off-season, that'll be Step 2.
Now that's out of the way on to the fun stuff.
Diet:
Training day: 300c 250p 70f
Non Training: 200c 250p 70f
Food staples:
Eggs, egg whites, lean beef, Venison, chicken, flounder, shrimp, tilapia, Tuna, salmon, whey.
White rice, cream of rice, red potatoes, sweet potatoes, blueberries, raspberries, green beans, peas, carrots.
Supps:

Fish Oil
Nac
Iodine
D3
K2
Magnesium
Zinc
Greens blend
Digestive enzyme
