I read nearly everyone when I came to ASF..

But...
These, everyday "First Cycles" questions is Out of Control..
I think collectively we can come up with something..

I am thinking of an Informative Thread..
Because, it's a lot of data and it can be confusing for the New Guys..
I just see us repeating the same thing ...
Over and Over..
A Tutorial Thread..
Explaining the basic understanding of WHY..
Adding the needed Bloodwork information..
And of Course..Estrogen Control..

Some Basic information..so we can reference them to said place..
They can read it, then ask some Educated Questions..

It's Exhausting..!!

Pre Cycle check list (Do you think you're ready)

So you've done a ton of research, and you understand your goals, you've (at least) been TO the gym once or twice and NOW understand the difference between a REP and a SET... I'd recommend you to get familiar with exercises for about a year or so, but if not LETS GET READY TO CYCLE! RESEARCH...

Hi Brothers, Lately I’ve been reading a lot about first cycles or next cycles with little or no information about the poster. Typically if it’s a new member they are asking for recommendations. Well it’s tough to recommend a cycle not knowing a thing about the poster. Experience, health issues...

I feel ya bro and totally see your point but it’s hard for me to get mad at guys for asking stupid questions when I use to use 18gauge needles in my quads for my first run. Not to mention I was using Denkall 400. Talk about a double dumb dumb. I mean at least they are smart enough to ask. I just did what I was told by retards. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

To give some great Insight..
A short 10 or 15 minute read..
To answer most of the New Guy, what do I take??
That also, leans back to the basic Three..
Training
Nutrition
Recovery..

And the importance on them, way more than Gear..

Ill be the outlier here, what killed forums back in the day was inactivity because every response was "Did you refer to the stickies" I was sad to see my local most visited forums die because of this, not saying it would happen here but its just something to consider. I guess everybody just thinks they have a different scenario than someone in the sticky may have, we all started somewhere and look up to the veterans to teach us in a more 1 on 1 sorta conversation instead of trying to fit your question into someone else's.

(I'm referring to outside of the normal common sense questions of course)
