Shoulders today. Shoulder strength is finally coming back with db press with no pain.

I’m eating 3000 calories now a day and weight is fluctuating around 230-231 but I feel like i am still leaning out.

That’s where the PED’s really shine. You can keep all of your muscle and strength in a cut. Just keep crushing it man, you’re doing something special. I’ve been following your lifts very closely and I’m impressed.
