Finally bumped up carbs. My metabolism is still rolling. Food is going down like nothing. Over 400+ carbs. Weights starting to move again!
 
Up to 187lbs fasted.

Maintenance phase of over. After my show I gained 10lbs of the rebound weight. (8weeks)
Still lean af. Let’s see if I can get to 197-198lbs
