I don't do 20 every day I will do 10 only sometimes I bump it up to 20 just really depends what I'm doing

I take it an hour or two before I lift weights just to make sure it’s peaked in my blood stream. The pump is always great!

Hahahaha I used to hump my ex like that and I wouldn’t wake up. She would ask me if I remember what I did in the middle of the night and I’d be clueless. We decided a demon possesses me while I sleep. It happened a lot. 😀

Lol I do have some of his var as well and was not this brand but I remember first time I used var went to gym ouch lol but i was new had no clue
