I used a 3cc syringe, drew with a 23g 1” needle, then switched the needle with a new 23g 1” needle and pinned my right glute with the Mast and NPP. I pinned the Test E in my left lat with a 27g 1/2 pin.

My usually turkey burger with broccoli for lunch, chicken tenderloins with broccoli for dinner.

The closest pan is a protein packed dinner for me and the fam. It is protein penne pasta with no sugar added tomato sauce, 75/25 ground sweet turkey sausage, and topped with a pound of low fat mozzarella cheese.

It was good and the fam liked it now there is only like 1 serving left. Man…I thought I’d have some leftovers but I’m glad the fam liked it and actually ate it.

Sorry yall…I kinda dropped the ball on this for a few wks. Work has been crazy with kids having appointments and sports practice and so on. It’s been March madness and I’m a big NCAA basketball fan so keeping up with that ends tomorrow.

I have one week left of this cycle. I will try to fill in this last week.

Today my daughter and I went on a 2 mile run while my son road his bike. It was a nice day out so enjoyable to be out catching some rays and getting some cardio in,

I’ve been suffering from a cold/flu/allergy something or another? Idk wtf it is but it’s beat me down for the last 4wks. I’ve pushed thru the best I can but energy and appetite have been nearly non existent. I’m feeling a lil better today but we shall see what happens this week…
