198lbs currently. Gained one pound in a month! While eating 4300 calories. I can’t physically eat anymore food with 2 cheat meals a week.
So 2-3 weeks another bulking log will begin.

12-14 weeks

Starting with
300/week test cyp
150/ week primo.

Test will get to 450-500mg towards the last 4-5 weeks.

Primo will get to 300mg the last 4-5 weeks.

Goal: to stay as lean as possible while adding tissue.

Start to cut August 1st! Hopefully get under 186lbs lean af!
