Lol man I was just kidding, I eat cleaner now than ever before but still not perfect. The wife and I stay pretty lean year round, we eat the same food. I've posted pics of us, I just posted a current picture of her back in Vision's other thread. 2-3 whole rotisseire chickens a week, 3lbs of lean ground turkey a week, tilapia, salmon or trout every week, not much beef, the red meat is mostly venison that I kill at my hunting club. Fresh veggies, rice, potatoes, a little pasta. This is every week, we cook mostly the same meals every week. For breakfast I have the same thing every morning, oatmeal with 30-50 grams protein powder, tablespoon of ground flaxseed and tablespoon of PB Fit peanut powder.

Here some pics , we stay like this most of the year.
Nice legs....looking at yours, not the wife's :)

Thanks.... I try.

Two rotisserie chickens from Sam's today, 4.98 each, can't beat it.
I like those when doing keto/low carb because I love the roasted skin. The high sodium is a concern for me because it seems everything I like to eat is high in sodium. High water intake helps for sure

Cod,broccoli,sweet potato’s and half avocado

We don't eat the skin, peels off very easy.

Too much sodium even without the skin.

Bloats me to the point I cannot take my wedding band off.

I had this super salted ham at my mother in laws one time and I drank 6 Costco water bottles on the way home and did not need to piss once.

Salt really effs me up.

Oh but the skin is so damn good! I know, I've done the same

Wow your sensitive.....and here I'm always complaining to the wife about using less salt.

Here at any of a multitude of roadside stands you can get two whole mesquite roasted rotisserie chickens, tortillas, salsa, some form of Mac salad and two liters of coke for about $10.
Sadly, we don't eat that stuff.

Last night the wife made a soyrizo "paella" in her instant pot. This morning it will be a soyrizo/tofu scramble.

had my first cheat meal since december last night. double wrapped chipotle burrito, double rice, black beans, steak and chicken double meat, queso, cheese, quac, and lettuce, 5 large size oatmeal cream pies, and 4 bananas with 12oz's of natural peanut butter. about 6k cals in 2 hours.

Some of these photos are killing me. I was too lazy to prep yesterday, so when I got home from the gym tonight I ended up scarfing down a whole package of sliced roast beef and a protein shake for dinner. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
