half the people say it's a great cycle and the others say don't take the T3. what are some of the takes on this cycle?! I'm losing weight not on the cycle but I need to lose 25 lbs in two and a half months for 100 mile road race. Should I cycle the clen two on and two off and take the T3 at a safe 50?:thinking:
 
Im on it now, AY's to be exact and shit is great. Read up on the forum theres a good layout plan for T3/Clenn.
 
25lbs could be some major weight loss.
What's your height/weight/bodyfat?

Diet will be the most important component here, how many calories are you on and how are you tracking them?
 
Keep the calories at 2500 (count with fitday). 2900 is too high.

You can do it without the T3. Clen at 2 days on and 2-3 days off will work well. Build up the clen dosage by 40mcg each time you take it until you find a good spot.
