Haha right?? I'm just as surprised as you. Been snatching a lot more too cause my gf is getting into oly lifting. I've never been very good at it but hit 225 for 3 on snatches. Most I ever did

Loving it bro. Still at 400mg per week. The tren is in full effect too. WPs tren is very smooth.

Upping to 500mg on primo soon. I need some 5ml rigs... Pinning nearly 11ml per week now

I've tried preworkout and I'm not a huge fan. Get too pumped and it inhibits my workout. I'm a powerlifter first :)
 
Weighed in at new high of 232. Abs sticking around. New bench PR of 370x3 with the first being 2 sec pause.

Haven't been squatting/DL heavy as much. Lot of cleans today. On my oly lifting grind.

Very true. While we can try and keep fat at bay and gain muscle. It's near impossible to put on a significant amount of weight without fat.

But HeyMrWaters one of the guys I train, started at 170 and 5'6 at 17% or so and is now 175 13% or so.

Loving primo still. I'd say most noticeable as far as muscle hardness and strength (definitely contributing to lbm gain though).

Starting back up on the slin on Monday. It's Novolin R. My typical post workout shake is whey+casein mix, dextrose, glutamine, creatine, bcaas.

Added more oly lifts to my routine as well. Love those heavy clean and jerks.

I try and use just novalog or Humalog near exclusive but in the event I can't get it or run oit humalin works just the same. I enjoy the quickness of Nova, I can dose multiple times daily, and be peaked and in and out.

Why the casien? That will just slow digestion and absorption? I tend to dose. Have an isolate, bcaa dextrose shake.

Then sip on bcaa/dextrose intra

Dose again post whey/bcaa /Dex creatine

30 min later Whole meal
Hour later whole meal.

Would the casien be Ideal if your dosing later in the evening? And want a timed sort of speak release? I like to dose and then make sure my first carb protein source is fast and high. The use the whole food meals with Lower glycemic carbs maintain levels.

Anyhow. How's your libido on the primo? Dosing at 400 or 600?

And yes waters is seriously the most dedicated person I have trained besides EZ from Olympus. He is like a canvas and I'm the painter.

From my understanding (learned this from OB sometime ago. Idk if he's on ASF anymore), using a whey and casein or like egg and whey blend (essentially just more than just whey) after insulin allows for less chance of fat gain and better overall protein absorption because your intestinal tract isn't so saturated with just whey. Plus whey has a higher GI than sucrose and casein also uses insulin for shuttling.

I've seen far better lbm gains off of the mix than when I did just whey.
And I have a standard rice and chicken and broccoli 30 min after shake.

Libido is normal for me (minimum sex once per day haha). I'm dosing 2 drops of liquid cialis per day. To prevent prostate hyperplasia as well as keep my junk going strong.

Additionally a 50/50 combo of whey and casein post workout is much more effective than just whey. Don't have studies on me but yeah, based in multiple studies.
