Took first dmz Friday don't lift till Monday hoping it will be getting in my system by then. I'm going to run 1 dmz per day to start then when test arrives I will follow heavy's protocol for testing 600mg. My lab corp normally gives whole number. Glib to be working diet for recomp 50%protein rest carbs and fat.

Don't know if it's the dmz causing this but last 2 days I've been lethargic from lunch time on and cotton mouth. I'm running.lower carbs so it could be a combination causing tiredness. I've had good focus and.energy in gym in morning.
 
Running late so keeping it short 30 minutes elliptical last night appr.2600 cals 271p. 213.5 this am checked waist down .5" to 40. Doing hams, tri's, bi"s. Good energy feel great. Can't wait till next week see lifts start increasing.

Off for weekend should be seeing clean and clear test sometime next week. Happy with lack of sides from dmz in the past orals have given me bp issues.

214.5 this morning doing legs pinned 2.4ml for 600mg this am all went well no initial pain. Did pin quad which is most sensitive spot for me so will be a good telling spot.

Initial impressions are good about this gear looked good in vial and flowed easy out of 25ga pin. I purposely pinned my quad which is always more sensitive to pip and 24hrs later feels pretty good. Especially considering I put 2.4ml in it.
